Kelsey graduated from the University of Calgary in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and a Minor in Law & Society. She started with Litco Law in 2016 with the Admin department, but made a quick transition into the Legal Assistant Department one year later. Since starting her new role, Kelsey has been continuing her education with the SAIT Legal Assistant Program part time. She loves to travel and stay active with outdoor activities in the summer and the winter. Kelsey really lives our core value of Ask Why by always bringing new ideas to her team. She is always finding ways to improve our processes to be more efficient in order to better serve our clients.

Jordan was born in Penticton, British Columbia and was raised in Airdrie, Alberta since she was 4 years old. In 2019, Jordan graduated from the Legal Assistant Program at Bow Valley College and started working at a Litigation firm where she gained valuable knowledge and experience in the Debt and Collections industry. She started out as a Paralegal and worked her way up to become a Team Lead, where she led and managed a team of Paralegals. During her time here, she realized she wanted to be able to help people during difficult times in their lives and she transitioned into Personal Injury Law. While not at work, Jordan is kept busy with her young daughter and she enjoys reading, going to concerts, paddleboarding, and DIY crafts and projects. She also enjoys spending time with her family at their lake campsite during the summer. Jordan embraces the core value of Empathy by putting herself in other people’s shoes to gain a better understanding of the situation and by treating people the way she would like to be treated.

Kasandra was born in Edmonton, Alberta, and was raised in the small town of Sturgis, Saskatchewan. She attended the University of Saskatchewan, and later, the Saskatoon Business College, where she completed her diploma in Legal Administration. Kasandra went on to join the law firm Balfour Moss, which later became Miller Thomson, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. During her 6 years with the firm, she fulfilled various assistant roles within Litigation, Family Law and later, moved into her role as a Real Estate Paralegal. Kasandra enjoys traveling, learning new recipes and having themed dinner nights with her friends, reading, fitness, and going fishing. Kasandra lives our core value Ask Why – She looks for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency for her work and her teammates work.
