Rachelle was raised in the country just outside the small town of Bashaw and now lives in Lethbridge with her husband, daughter, and their Pomeranian. Prior to joining Litco Law, she graduated from Lethbridge College with a Diploma in Exercise Science and has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and class instructor for almost 10 years. Rachelle enjoys being active and spending time outdoors, as well as staying in to enjoy a coffee and watch a movie with loved ones. Rachelle embraces our core values of Kindness and Empathy by taking the time to listen to others, show compassion, and help improve client experience in any way she can.

Neily brings years of insurance experience in both Claims and Risk Management to her role as a Case Manager at Litco Law. Known for her curiosity and thorough approach, she lives our Core Value “Ask Why” every day—asking the right questions to uncover what clients are entitled to and ensuring they never carry the burden alone. In her personal life, Neily loves staying active and cherishes time spent with her family.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Judith “Jude” moved to Calgary in 2018 and brings a well-rounded background in economics, marketing, and fitness. Her diverse experience has shaped a strong foundation in client care and leadership, but at the heart of it all is her passion for helping others and creating meaningful, people-first connections. Jude is known for her positive energy and ability to make people feel comfortable and supported, no matter the situation.
Outside of work, you’ll find her teaching yoga and sculpt classes, exploring Calgary’s fitness studios, or enjoying long walks with her dog. Jude lives our core value of Kindness, leading with compassion and believing that even the smallest gesture can make a lasting impact.

Bio
Marlowe was born and raised in Edmonton. He joined Litco Law as a Case Manager in July 2021 bringing 10 years of experience in the insurance industry; 6 of which were spent handling bodily injury claims. He completed the Insurance and Risk Management program at Grant MacEwan in 2011 and obtained his CIP designation in 2013. Marlowe enjoys traveling, snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. Marlowe embraces our core value of Empathy by understanding our clients are going through a difficult time and providing guidance throughout the claims process to provide peace of mind to clients.

Alanna was born and raised in Calgary before moving to Kelowna to pursue a degree in Psychology with a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies. After a few years in the Hospitality industry, Alanna discovered her love of Personal Injury Law in July of 2021, working as a legal assistant and learning the legal process. While not at work, Alanna enjoys playing disc golf, rec volleyball, and spending time with her dog Milo. She identifies with the core value of kindness because she always wants to put a smile on someone’s face and help in any way she can.

She enjoys travelling as much as possible, and her activities outside of work include softball, snowboarding, and spending time with her dogs. Graduating from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a Business Administration, Marketing Diploma, Sharon worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Advisor for several years and helped many Canadian businesses increase their sales. When she is not in the office, Sharon loves going for walks, ordering takeout and spending time with her husband, daughter and Golden Retriever. Sharon embraces our core value, Own It, by striving to make a positive difference in everything she does at work and in her personal life.

Anna graduated from the University of Calgary in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English and Psychology. After kickstarting her career in a Marketing role with a strong focus in writing, Anna quickly fell in love with integrating her passion for writing and psychology in order to create meaningful connections with people. Her writing experience includes real estate, health and wellness, fitness and more recently copywriting for two Calgary-based Marketing agencies, creating a wide variety of content for diverse clientele. Anna embraces our core value of Ask Why by using her passion for learning and creativity to bring new ideas to the team. When she is not in the office, Anna loves going for long walks in the park with Hendrix, her Golden Pyrenees cross. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, and photography.

Allison was born in Calgary, Alberta, and raised on a ranch in the Foothills County of Alberta. In 2022, Allison graduated from SAIT with a Legal Assistant Diploma. In her free time she enjoys weight lifting, horseback riding, hiking and taking her dog to the river in the summertime. One day she hopes to be able to visit Greece and Peru. Allison embraces our core values of empathy and kindness as she has a strong belief that everyone’s voice deserves to be heard and matters. Allison strives to create an environment where everyone feels encouraged and supported to voice their thoughts, feelings, and concerns so together we can conquer any difficulties that may arise.

Keltie was born and raised in Burlington, Ontario. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a General Arts Degree and then went on to graduate from Fanshawe College in the Marketing Management program. She loves to travel, experience new restaurants and experiences in Calgary, and has recently joined a Pilates studio!
