Emma was born in Vancouver and raised in Calgary. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary, where she developed a strong foundation in communication and client-centered support.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting outdoors whenever she can, and hosting frequent game nights.
