My name is Matt Brayford. I’m a client solutions lawyer here at Litco Law. Often when clients come into the firm for a consultation, I’ll be the first lawyer that they meet with. I’m there to answer their questions, alleviate any concerns they might have about the process, and basically start them on the claims journey. I’ve always been, I guess, a problem solver. Before I ever went to university, I used to be a mechanic. So fixing things is just kind of the way I like to do things. And obviously, when you’re a lawyer, you’re just fixing things on a bit of a different scale. So yeah, I think that’s a pretty natural fit. When someone works with me, what they can expect is solid answers to their questions. I like to, you know, get to know people. I meet a lot of people in my role, so I like to, you know, just get to know them, their situation, that kind of thing. What I value most about being a part of Litco Law is that I’m a part of a team that helps people through, you know, difficult times in their life, often, you know, facing injuries or, you know, a process that they’re very unfamiliar with. And, you know, let them know that we’re there to support them and it’s not going to be as bad as they might initially think. In comparison to other firms in the industry, doing the same type of work, I think we offer a much higher level of customer service. You’ll have an entire team working on your file to ensure that your claim is successful and that you’re kept in the loop the entire process.
