My name is Laura and I am the legal assistants manager at the firm. I’ve been here for about eight years. I am primarily involved in looking after our legal assistance group and I do work on some files as well. So I help out when the files move into litigation. I help out with all the various steps within litigation. What inspires me to do this work every day and what keeps me motivated is really balancing the power. We are helping out clients who are dealing with very stressful situations. They’re going wood through various steps within the court system that they’ve never had to do before. So, I find it really rewarding to be able to help out these clients and see the direct impact that we can have. When a client works with me, I would expect them to be able to know that I am dependable, that we are really there to support the clients. We are knowledgeable in what we do. I would say that we are the experts in the legal paperwork and file management. So, we’re really there to take care of everything in the background so they can focus on getting better, focus on their treatment where they know that their file is being run efficiently and smoothly. I think that clients should choose Litco Law because we care. We are different from other law firms out there. We have a team approach where there’s multiple people working on your file. These individuals all have different skills and they’re experts really in what they do. And I just feel like we go above and beyond. We’re going to do everything that we can in our power to help you out and we’re going to just let you focus on treatment, getting back to better, and we’re going to take care of all the legal paperwork and everything else for you.
