My name is Marie-Lynn Grigg and I’m the Client Solutions Reception Coach here at Litco Law. I was actually born in Calgary and grew up in a smaller town east of Calgary called Strathmore. Being a part of the community, it’s been, you know, a huge part of my growth and development and then of course, coming to Litco Law was kind of my dream job. When I initially applied, they took a chance on me and 6 years later, I get to be a huge part of the team. What keeps me motivated is really just the ability that I have to assist people. Hearing the relief in someone’s voice when I’m able to listen to their concerns, give them the answers that they need. Just being able to have them say, “Wow, that’s a weight off my shoulders.” That’s why I love doing what I do. When someone is working with Litco Law, they can look forward to having an entire team to support them. So, having someone in their corner that knows the ins and outs of these claims, what they can do to support them, that’s a huge thing. It’s this combination of gaining knowledge in an industry you may not be familiar with and then being able to share that knowledge with people who really don’t have experience with the industry. They’re not sure what to expect and so just being able to reassure them that we’ve got this taken care of. Being able to share knowledge, you know, whether we’re the fit for them or not, I want to make sure they get that experience. Clients should choose Litco Law for a million different reasons. But I would say our level of experience, you know, we’ve been in the industry for 50 years now. We are there to support with every aspect of a claim. So, we are going to support you with the personal injury side. We’re also going to support you with potential treatment benefits, contacting your employer, if there’s any way that we can provide assistance when it comes to the social side of things. So, if you need support when it comes to how can I pay my mortgage this month or how can I, you know, afford groceries, we want to do everything we can to support on that side, which I think is very unique in the law industry.
