I am Cole Lefebvre. I’m an employment lawyer here at Litco Law. I practice employment law, human rights law, and discrimination law. I entered law to help people navigate complex legal
questions and make sure that they’re getting their fair treatment. I’m inspired by the impact that legal work can have on someone’s life. And essentially what keeps me motivated to practice law is that help that I can provide people who are certainly at the lowest point in most cases. They can expect clear communication, personalized guidance, and dedicated advocacy every step of the way. Past cases that I’ve worked on that I find particularly memorable are typically just cause cases where an employer has falsely accused somebody of a misconduct that they either didn’t do or don’t justify those reasons for just cause. Usually, those people are left with no severance or no money and they’re typically without that financial support. So, when we’re able to ultimately overturn that decision and get them the money that they need, that’s typically memorable for me. What I value most about working at Litco Law is that there’s a team that’s dedicated to the client’s success and committed to achieving a fair result.
