My name is Chloe. I’m a Client Care Specialist here at Litco Law in Calgary. A Client Care Specialist is really the main point of contact for our clients. Largely, what we do is just make sure that our clients are feeling supported throughout their claims process. So, a lot of answering questions and keeping them in the loop and just making sure that they’re feeling supported. When a client’s working with me, they can look forward to working with someone who’s positive and upbeat. I’m an empathetic person. I think that my work style makes them feel welcome. What I value most about being a part of Litco Law is definitely the culture. The people who work here care about our clients. They care about each other and also doing excellent work. There’s a real feel of support and teamwork here, which I love. And knowing that I’m valued just makes coming to work every day enjoyable.
