In terms of proving a slip and fall claim, you need to prove that the occupier, which could be the owner, tenant, maintenance company, at the property where you suffered the slip and fall was not acting reasonably in terms of their maintenance of the property. Unfortunately, not every slip and fall accident is going to necessarily lead to a successful claim. We still need to be able to prove negligence. So, we need to show that something that the occupier did or did not do was not reasonable and led to your accident.
