Virgillia was born and raised in Calgary and lives with her husband Mitch and two large and loveable Bernese Mountain Dogs – Geoff and Gus. She spends her free time playing 4 different variations of hockey, softball and working out. She was previously in the fitness industry before transitioning into client care positions in the cosmetic tattooing industry and now the legal industry. Virgillia embraces our core value Own It by helping her co-workers and being dedicated to her clients’ needs.

Alyssa was born is Selkirk, Manitoba and recently relocated to Calgary after spending the last few years living in and exploring Australia and New Zealand. She is passionate about traveling and is always looking to plan her next big adventure. In her spare time she can be found at the gym, participating in various recreational sports, reading and trying out new and exciting restaurants around Calgary. Luciana was born in Romania, lived in Greece for several years, and is fluent in Romanian, Greek, and English. She eventually moved to Canada in 2012, spending two years in PEI before moving to Calgary to complete her Justice Studies Diploma. Luciana loves spending time with friends and family, adores nature, and would love to travel the world someday. Luciana embraces our Core Values of Kindness and Empathy by always making sure everyone around her is happy and always helping clients with compassion to ensure their needs are met.

Mahalia was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. Prior to joining Litco Law, she dedicated her career to working in the disability sector, fostering her passion for advocacy and client care. Now, she leverages her unique background to provide compassionate and comprehensive support to clients in the legal industry. Outside of work, Mahalia is passionate about the martial art of Muay Thai, where she actively trains, competes, and coaches. When she’s not working or training, Mahalia enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two dogs, Summer and Onyx. They love exploring the mountains, snowboarding, camping, and embracing new adventures together. Mahalia embraces Litco Law’s Core Value of Empathy. Driven by her desire to walk alongside her clients and understand their experiences, she aims to provide the best support possible, ensuring every client feels understood and valued.

Kate first joined Litco Law in 2017 as a Case Manager and later moved into our Client Solutions Lead role in 2021. She worked in insurance for over 10 years prior to coming to our firm. Kate enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, going to barre class, reading and enjoying a sunny patio in the summer. She demonstrates kindness by really listening to and caring about our clients as well as taking the time to explain the claims process thoroughly.

Ian is a lifelong Calgarian, born and raised in the city he proudly calls home. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Communications from Mount Royal University and brings extensive experience in marketing and communications across diverse industries, including hospitality, corporate environments, consumer retail, and entrepreneurial ventures.
Alongside operating his own graphic design firm, Ian has successfully owned and managed several brick-and-mortar businesses in Calgary. Outside of his professional pursuits, he embraces an active and adventurous lifestyle; traveling, cycling, hiking, attending concerts and festivals, and discovering new restaurants.
Guided by an “Ask Why” mindset, Ian is driven by curiosity and innovation, continually challenging conventional approaches to uncover fresh ideas, new opportunities, and meaningful possibilities.

Although she is a small-town girl at heart, Allyson has become adapted to big-city living! Allyson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society because she is passionate about sociolegal issues impacting marginalized communities. She brings multifaceted experience from both the healthcare and law enforcement professions. In her spare time, Allyson can be found practicing yoga, baking sourdough, and volunteering with youth throughout the city. Her greatest joy in life is gathering people around her table and making sure that everyone who enters her home is well-heard, well-loved, and well-fed. Allyson fosters our company’s Core Value of “Ask Why” in her personal and professional life as she challenges the status quo by advocating for everyone’s unique needs.

Chloe enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watering her many house plants, traveling (21 countries so far!), and snuggling up with her two cats. Liz is a born and raised Calgarian. Before joining Litco Law as the Administrative Services Team Lead in 2022, she spent 14 years working for the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta as a leader in customer service and re-employment services. Liz is an avid world traveler (23 countries and counting!) and spends her free time in the circus world performing flying trapeze and aerial silks. Liz is also a lifelong Calgary Flames fan. Liz embraces the core value of ‘Ask Why’ through her focus on consistent improvement – she’s always looking for ways to improve the experience for clients.
