My name is April and I am a part of the client solutions team. Basically, my role is just to go over some of your next steps as a potential client as well as helping current clients and really just being there to guide you through the process. I wanted to enter law because I’ve always just had a passion for helping people. I even went to school for sociology. I always just wanted to, on a more societal level, help those that may be more disadvantaged by the system. When people come to us injured in a motor vehicle accident, they can be quite confused and overwhelmed. And just being able to give them that reassurance is always something that I love to do. And I love to put a smile on our clients’ faces. I value balancing the power. I think the most at Litco Law because I see everyone who comes through our door and I don’t want to see them getting taken advantage of by any bigger insurance companies. I see a lot of families who are maybe struggling financially and they feel very lost. They’re unable to work and they don’t feel like they really have a full grasp of everything to do with insurance. So, it can be quite lonely. And seeing that we’re able to help guide them and provide them with some information that maybe otherwise they wouldn’t have known about. I think that clients should choose Litco Law because not only are we there to help represent them and fight for everything that they deserve, but also just being there in their recovery and following up with them. I think our clients get a lot of value from just being able to have a team there to help them and support them.
