My name is Geoffrey Brisbin. I am one of the senior associates here at the firm and I practice in personal injury. So, a lot of automobile accidents, slip and fall, product liability, and professional negligence. The inspiration for doing this work is really that I wanted to help people. My entire family is all involved in healthcare. And seeing the change and the difference that they were able to make in the lives of, you know, the injured and the sick, I kind of wanted to continue that as well. So, practicing in an area like personal injury allowed me to do that. Seeing the way that people are treated by the insurance companies and by the system, I really wanted to take a stand for them and make sure that they were treated fairly. I really try to take the time to make sure that I get to know my clients, not just from a case, but on an individual level. I want to make sure that they’re making the decision that’s informed, but also the best for them. The thing that I value most about being part of Litco Law is kind of the team-based approach that we take. And it’s a team-based approach, not only outwardly facing with our clients and the way that we interact with them, but also inward, as well. The entire team is able to work together. And I think that that achieves really effective results for everyone. I genuinely enjoy coming to work every single day. When clients come in and they’ve either been told by insurance companies or the police or other lawyers that they don’t have a claim and we’re able to take that claim, build that claim, prove that claim, and get them sometimes life-changing money that otherwise they would have had zero chance at recovering. I know that truly we have made a difference in that person’s life. And we were the ones that were able to facilitate it for that client. There is always going to be someone there to answer the phone. There’s always going to be someone there to meet with you in person. There’s always going to be someone there to return your email. This is the most reliable team. This is the most effective team. This is the most responsible team when it comes to making sure that clients are heard and that we do what we can to achieve the best result for the client.
