At Litco Law, our Core Value Champion award recognizes team members who consistently bring our values to life through their actions, attitude, and commitment to those around them. This semester, we’re thrilled to celebrate Sarah Calder, Client Care Specialist, as our newest Core Value Champion.
If there was one theme woven throughout Sarah’s nominations, it was this: she makes people feel valued. Whether she’s supporting clients, helping a teammate, or simply checking in to see how someone’s day is going, Sarah leads with genuine kindness, empathy, and care.
