My name is Janaya Dunn. I am a Client Care Specialist with our employment legal team here at Litco Law. I’ve been a part of the team here for a couple years. I help clients and maintain client contact, helping them through the process of their claim, making sure they’re informed and have answers to all their questions and concerns. I’ve wanted to get into law because I’ve always been very passionate about human relations and engaging with people. I do believe that with kindness and empathy, you can really make a powerful difference in someone’s life. It really is the smallest things that make the biggest difference. And I felt like law was the perfect place to be able to do that. When a client works with me, they can look forward to consistent contact, friendly communication, as well as clear contact. They’re aware of everything that is going on with their file. I care about our clients as humans, and I look forward to getting to know them and helping them through this stage. What I value most about being a part of Litco Law is I know that I am working with like-minded individuals who all live and breathe our core values. I work with a hardworking team of people who do put clients first and genuinely believe in everything that they do. Our client solutions team, our client care team, the entire team here at Litco is dedicated to being solutions-focused.
