Although she is a small-town girl at heart, Allyson has become adapted to big-city living! Allyson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society because she is passionate about sociolegal issues impacting marginalized communities. She brings multifaceted experience from both the healthcare and law enforcement professions. In her spare time, Allyson can be found practicing yoga, baking sourdough, and volunteering with youth throughout the city. Her greatest joy in life is gathering people around her table and making sure that everyone who enters her home is well-heard, well-loved, and well-fed. Allyson fosters our company’s Core Value of “Ask Why” in her personal and professional life as she challenges the status quo by advocating for everyone’s unique needs.

Chloe was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. She is a graduate from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Chloe enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watering her many house plants, traveling (21 countries so far!), and snuggling up with her two cats. Chloe embraces our core value Empathy – she listens to clients and team members carefully in order to understand their personal adversities and learn how she can best support them.

Liz is a born and raised Calgarian. Before joining Litco Law as the Administrative Services Team Lead in 2022, she spent 14 years working for the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta as a leader in customer service and re-employment services. Liz is an avid world traveler (23 countries and counting!) and spends her free time in the circus world performing flying trapeze and aerial silks. Liz is also a lifelong Calgary Flames fan. Liz embraces the core value of ‘Ask Why’ through her focus on consistent improvement – she’s always looking for ways to improve the experience for clients.

Nicole was born and raised in Calgary. She lives with her significant other, their 2 rescue cats and Collie Pyrenees puppy. She joins us from the Oil and Gas Industry, with over 9 years of accounting experience. Nicole is currently working towards her Accounting Degree through Athabasca University. Ensuring that Nicole maintains work/life balance, she enjoys spin class, camping, and recently, she began practicing tarot. Showing empathy, she holds a deep value for the feelings and wellbeing of those around her. Nicole also embraces our core value of Ask Why by digging deeper and asking important questions.

Millie was born and raised in Ottawa and moved to Calgary in 2020. She has ten years of experience working in customer service and fine-tuning her approach to building client relationships. Millie also has an educational background in Social Work, with a primary interest in sociology and policy. Outside of the office, Millie spends her time on riverfront trails with her black lab, Beatrice, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen. She graduated from Mount Royal University in 2021, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice with honours and a minor in Political Science. In her free time, you’ll find Janaya snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with her dogs, Harley and Axle. She enjoys reading thrillers, listening to true crime podcasts, and volunteering in the community. Janaya embraces our core values of empathy and kindness by always going the extra mile. Daniel joined Litco Law in 2017 as a Case Manager. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for numerous years as an Insurance Adjuster. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Insurance from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 2010, his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2017 and his Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation in 2018. He is committed to developing his skills and expertise in personal injury matters and goes above and beyond in assisting clients in all areas of their claims, including providing expert advice on property and Section B claims. Daniel enjoys staying active, world travelling and watching his favorite soccer team – Manchester United. He also enjoys volunteering and giving back to his Community.
