Professional Background
Cole McClelland, B.A. Crim, J.D, is an Associate Lawyer with Litco Law who practices employment law. Cole was called to the bar in 2024 following completion of his articles with Litco. After his call to the bar, Cole gained valuable experience in litigation before returning to Litco to assist Albertans facing workplace issues. Cole approaches his client’s situations with care and compassion, recognizing that employment is a significant part of people’s lives and issues deserve to be fully heard and understood.

Cole originally grew up in the Lower Mainland of B.C. before moving to Calgary. Outside of the office Cole is an avid skier, hiker, and fitness enthusiast when not spoiling himself with new restaurants throughout Calgary or reading a new book.
